For example if a tapeworm enters the brain, you can experience headaches, confusion, seizures, and even death.

Diet cabbage soup

People on a cabbage soup diet believe that they can lose around 4.5 kg by eating cabbage soup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a week. Cabbage soup is eaten every day with certain vegetables and fruits, 4-8 glasses of water and a multivitamin. The cabbage soup diet can make you lose weight fast, but it is unhealthy and dangerous. There is no health expert who supports this extreme diet. If you do, it doesn't necessarily mean that you lost weight. What happens is you will feel very hungry.

500 calorie diet

As the name suggests, this extreme diet only allows adherents to consume as much as 500 calories of food every day. This method is quite extreme because it requires you to reduce the amount of food you consume every day. This extreme diet is usually intended for those who are very fat and unable to lose weight after trying various types of diets. However, this extreme diet requires medical supervision because it risks causing the body to lack vitamins and minerals.

Cleansing diet or lemon detox diet

This extreme diet is forbidden to consume solid food or alcohol, it is only allowed to consume three types of drinks, namely lemon water, salt water, and herbal tea. Generally this type of diet is carried out for 10 days. The purpose of this lemon diet is to lose weight, detox the digestive system, and make the body fresher and healthier. However, this extreme diet makes the body lack many important nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, protein, carbohydrates, fats, and fiber. This diet is also at risk of causing dizziness, headaches, diarrhea and nausea. There is no scientific evidence that this diet is truly able to eliminate body toxins. Reducing weight is indeed permissible, especially to make the body fitter. However, do not let these desires make you neglect your own body's health, for example by doing an extreme diet. Ask your doctor or nutritionist for advice on eating patterns that fit your body's condition. One thing that can be tried is a natural diet without drugs or trying to slimming the body according to age.
